Returns

If you’re not happy with your product, you may return your product as long as it follows our return policy. Please contact us to request return authorization.

  • Customers may request a return for refund within 30 days after delivery of the product.
  • Custom products and services are non-returnable, but are covered by our manufacturers warranty.
  • Clearance, final sale, and special order products are non-returnable.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization number.
  • Returns will only be considered if originally purchased from Wilderness Vans. If you purchased the product through a 3rd party, you must submit your request through them.
  • All returns must be unused, and in original packaging. Product must be in new, resalable condition to receive a credit.
  • All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise directed.
  • Collect shipments will be refused by shipping department. We recommend on items valued over $100, that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. Any damage claims that may need to be done on the returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the item has been returned, inspected and approved, a credit will only be issued to the credit card used on the original payment. This may take a week or two to show up on your statement.

Note for American Customers

Due to the recent changes in International shipping, including high tariff rates, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend orders to the United States.

We import products from Germany, Italy and China and frequent changes in tariffs and shipping documentation requirements have made both shipping and pricing these items challenging or impossible in some cases.

We value our relationship with our friends and neighbours in the U.S. and will continue to monitor the situation to begin shipping to the U.S. as soon as possible.
