Lead Times
If an item is out of stock, this will be indicated on our website. We do our best to show accurate stock status on our website, but sometimes this is not always possible. If an item is no longer in stock we will contact you with a lead time.
If your item is built to order, we will contact you for consultation and will provide an estimated lead time. If you need an update on your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Oversize Items
Oversize items that ship on a pallet (eg. seats) require a loading dock or forklift. An optional lift gate service may be available for an extra fee.
Shipping to Canada
Wilderness Vans is based in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. All Canadian orders ship from Canada unless otherwise specified.
Shipping to USA
SHIPPING TO USA TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED
Due to the recent changes in International shipping, including high tariff rates, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend orders to the United States.
We import products from Germany, Italy and China and frequent changes in tariffs and shipping documentation requirements have made both shipping and pricing these items challenging or impossible in some cases.
We value our relationship with our friends and neighbours in the U.S. and will continue to monitor the situation to begin shipping to the U.S. as soon as possible.

Shipping Origin
Wilderness Vans is located in Canada, and all orders ship from our Canadian warehouse. Please note that we do not ship U.S. made products back into the USA.
Shipping Charges
Tariff and Duty charges are not shown on the product page. Instead, they are calculated and added to your shipping quote after checkout and will be visible in your cart.
Tariff & Duty Fees
All Broad Arrow products—including folding seats and windows—are manufactured in China and are subject to U.S. import tariffs. These fees can range between 50% and 145%, and may include additional duties as required by U.S. customs regulations. Custom seat bases are excluded from these tariffs.
Required Documentation
In compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, American customers must register as an Importer of Record (IOR) by completing a CBP 5106 form. Our shipping broker can assist with this process. You will be required to provide either your Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN) for submission to CBP.
