Lead Times
If an item is out of stock, this will be indicated on our website. We do our best to show accurate stock status on our website, but sometimes this is not always possible. If an item is no longer in stock we will contact you with a lead time.
If your item is built to order, we will contact you for consultation and will provide an estimated lead time. If you need an update on your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Oversize Items
Oversize items that ship on a pallet (eg. seats) require a loading dock or forklift. An optional lift gate service may be available for an extra fee.
Shipping to Canada
Wilderness Vans is based in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. All Canadian orders ship from Canada unless otherwise specified.
Shipping to USA
Wildernness Vans ships to the USA. Most orders destined for the USA will ship from our warehouse in Montana. Shipments to our warehouse in Montana occur on a weekly basis. This saves our customers money, and the hassle of dealing with importing products into the USA. If you need your order sooner, please contact us. Shipping charges and any duty/taxes are provided on your quote. After you receive your quote you will have the option of paying for your order.
Tariff & Duty Fees
All products originally manufactured in China (such as Broad Arrow seats, windows and more) are subject to U.S. import tariffs. Prices shown to US customers include tariff costs in the price shown. Wilderness Vans works to pay any applicable duties and tariffs before shipping products to the US, to prevent unexpected duty and tariff fees.
