Wilderness Vans

Wilderness Vans conversions come with a 3 year manufacturers warranty. All appliances, accessories, and the van itself are covered by the manufacturer of those items.

Please ensure that all products are reviewed upon delivery to ensure that all parts are accounted for and that there are no issues or shipping damage. Please note that all products are inspected prior to shipping to try and minimize any issues for the customer. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us immediately.

Broad Arrow products are warrantied to be free from defects in materials or manufacturing for 3 years. The warranty covers replacement of any defective product at no charge. Labour for replacement or service of defective product is not paid or reimbursed by Wilderness Vans.

Please note that Wilderness Vans has replacement parts available to assist consumers and dealers to resolve warranty and non-warranty issues as quickly as possible. Please, contact the place where you purchased the products from or had them installed, as warranty requests should go through the supplier. If that fails, please contact us directly.

The Broad Arrow warranty does not cover any damage, defect or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation, modification or improper or lack of maintenance. This warranty also does not cover regular wear and tear.

If you have a warranty claim, please fill out the following form so that we can have all the pertinent information to begin the process. To submit claims to the manufacturer, photos are often needed to complete the claim. You may either A) Fill out form and email it to info@wildernessvans.com with any associated pictures attached, or B) Fill out the web form, found below with all the required information, a member of our team will work on processing the request.

Note for American Customers

Due to the recent changes in International shipping, including high tariff rates, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend orders to the United States.

We import products from Germany, Italy and China and frequent changes in tariffs and shipping documentation requirements have made both shipping and pricing these items challenging or impossible in some cases.

We value our relationship with our friends and neighbours in the U.S. and will continue to monitor the situation to begin shipping to the U.S. as soon as possible.
