We just picked up our new West Coast Double on a Ford Transit and I could not be more impressed. Ryan was the most patient and easy person to work with. He took his time and worked through every detail with upmost patience and professionalism. The quality is unreal! The finish and workmanship is top notch and is the first thing people comment about…after they say how amazing it looks. The worst part is actually trying to put my skis on at the trail head as so many people want to see and ask questions. 😆 If you are thinking of getting a van don’t hesitate to go with Wilderness!

We wanted a camper-van but absolutely no idea of the cost and nowhere to start, then I started emailing Wilderness Vans. Ryan is very accommodating for all what we think we need for our van, very helpful in all inquiries I made through out the process of building it. The customer service is top notch, from the office staff to the shop, they are all friendly and you will feel very welcome. Trevor and Trevor (yes, there’s 2 Trevor) explained everything thoroughly what we should need to know about our van, they are very candid and can easily ask and discuss things with them about the build.
When we picked up our van, it was way more than what we expected. The craftsmanship and attention to the detail is great. We are so happy and excited for our van. Overall experience from the staff to the crafts that they are creating or building is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

We recently brought in our camper van into Wilderness Vans because we were having issues with the solar panel. It turns out that we had a switch in the OFF position which was rather embarrassing. The staff at Wilderness Vans spent about two hours adding improvements to our van and fixed a few minor things that were broken. They refused payment. Throughout our relationship with Wilderness Vans we have been very impressed by their ingenuity, work ethic and caring attitudes.

This company stands behind its product and workmanship like no other company I’ve dealt with! Not only is the work done right, but should an issue arise or a change needed they will correct it in a timely and professional manner. Love dealing with this company!

These professionals did an amazing van build for us and we couldn’t be happier. From the initial show and tell of their build process through to actually doing our build its been fabulous communication, and even the ‘after pick up’ assistance has been great. Highly recommend for quality and service.
