Heating, Ventilation & Cooling

INSULATION

At Wilderness Vans we use Havelock wool, a premium natural fiber, for the walls and ceiling, ensuring excellent thermal performance to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. On the floors, our closed cell foam provides an additional layer of insulation and durability, making your van a truly all-season.

Diesel/Gas Heater

Embrace the cold with confidence as our expertly integrated gas, diesel, or electric heaters keep you snug and warm throughout your camping adventures. Designed for convenience, many of our heaters* are directly connected to your van’s gas tank, guaranteeing a consistent and reliable supply of heat during those crisp winter nights.

Ventilation

Ventilation is essential for an enjoyable camping experience, and we’ve got you covered. Our thoughtfully installed Maxxfan ventilation systems ensure a continuous flow of fresh air, preventing stuffiness and ensuring a pleasant interior atmosphere. These whisper-quiet fans maintain peace and tranquility inside your van, allowing you to relax and connect with nature.

Cooling

When summer’s heat strikes, you can find refuge in the cool comfort of our optional DC air conditioning system. This high-performance solution keeps you refreshed without putting a strain on your van’s battery. Enjoy the luxury of a refreshing breeze while conserving energy for extended adventures.

Note for American Customers

Due to the recent changes in International shipping, including high tariff rates, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend orders to the United States.

We import products from Germany, Italy and China and frequent changes in tariffs and shipping documentation requirements have made both shipping and pricing these items challenging or impossible in some cases.

We value our relationship with our friends and neighbours in the U.S. and will continue to monitor the situation to begin shipping to the U.S. as soon as possible.

For those interested, we have a mailing list for notifying customers once shipments to the U.S. begin again. Please follow the link to sign-up for an email notification: Email List Signup
